How to get to IKAL
IKAL is inside Tulum's National Park, to help keep the area protected, we invite you to follow these simple instructions. If you come for the day, please fill our Daily Access form.
Please mind the National Park does not allow pets, including service dogs with no Mexican documentation. Please contact us for assistance or more information.

Access by car or motorcycle through the North Entrance, the first you’ll see when coming from Playa del Carmen.
2.
If you come walking or on a bicycle, you may enter through the North or the South Entrances.

Our location within a National Park commits us to respecting the official regulations for all national parks in Mexico.
It is necessary to pay the National Park fee upon entering the park. It is divided into a Daily Park Fee and a one-time National Parks Comission fee. For Mexicans the fees are:
JAGUAR PARK FEE: $194.63
CONAMAP FEE: $60.37 MX
For foreigners the fees are:
JAGUAR PARK FEE: $294.63 (Aprox. 15 USD) per person per stay
CONAMAP FEE $120.74.00 Mexican Pesos (Aprox 6 USD) per person per day of stay. For your convenience, our front desk sells the daily park bracelet as well.
These fees include all Park services:
- Walking Trails
- Museum
- Look out Post
- Bathrooms
- Golf Cart transportation inside the National Park
- Parking
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Also, please be aware of the National Park entry restrictions, which are official for everyone entering this protected area:
- Smoking is prohibited.
- Animals are not allowed (except for service animals for the visually impaired, not emotional support animals).
- PET or glass containers and alcoholic beverages are not permitted.
- Drone flying is prohibited.
Important Information
1. Please mind this fee does not include access to the Archeological Zone.
2. The National Park ticket office is open from 7 am to 5 pm
3. If you come to any activity after 5 pm, please fill out and present our Daily Access form.
